1 lb. salmon, cut into fillets (more recipes)
3 tablespoons olive oil (more recipes) 
1 tablespoon apple cider  vinegar (ACV) or coconut vinegar (more recipes)
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (more recipes)
1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 clove garlic, grated or minced (more recipes)
½ teaspoon salt (more recipes)
Black pepper (more recipes)

instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar (or coconut vinegar), fresh dill, dried oregano, and grated/minced garlic.
4. Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well-coated.
5. Add the remaining sea salt, dried oregano, basil, and ginger. Stir to combine all the ingredients well.
6. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the fillets. Omit black pepper for strict AIP.
7. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8. Optionally, garnish the cooked salmon with additional fresh dill before serving.
