2 tablespoons very finely chopped flat-leaf parsley (more recipes)
2 teaspoons capers, very finely chopped (more recipes)
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest (more recipes)

1. Preheat your air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Pat the sea scallops very dry with paper towels. Season with black pepper and salt
3.Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
4. Place the seasoned scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
5. Air fry the scallops at the recommended temperature for your air fryer (usually around 375°F or 190°C) for about 5-7 minutes or until they are opaque and lightly browned, turning them halfway through.
6. While the scallops are cooking, prepare the lemon herb sauce. In a bowl, mix extra-virgin olive oil, finely chopped flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped capers, finely grated lemon zest, and finely chopped garlic.
7. Once the scallops are done, transfer them to a serving plate. Drizzle the lemon herb sauce over the scallops.
8. Optionally, garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
